At Velxico SpA (hereinafter, "Velxico", "we" or "the Platform"), we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform, in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21,521 on Fintech and Financial Services of Chile.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data when you use our platform: (a) Identification data: full name, Tax ID, address, date of birth; (b) Contact data: email address, phone number; (c) Financial data: banking information necessary to process investments and withdrawals; (d) Browsing data: IP address, browser type, cookies and platform usage data; (e) Data voluntarily provided through contact forms.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use your personal data to: (a) Manage your account and verify your identity in accordance with current anti-money laundering regulations; (b) Process your investments in crowdlending real estate projects; (c) Send you communications related to your investments and the platform; (d) Comply with our legal obligations before the Financial Markets Commission (CMF) and other regulatory bodies; (e) Improve our services and personalize your experience.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your data is based on: (a) Your express consent when registering on the platform; (b) The execution of the service contract between you and Velxico; (c) Compliance with legal obligations, including CMF regulations and Law No. 21,521; (d) Our legitimate interest in improving and developing our services.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We may share your personal data with: (a) Financial institutions and payment processors necessary to execute transactions; (b) Regulatory bodies such as the CMF when required by law; (c) Technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements; (d) Notaries and real estate registrars when necessary to formalize investments. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of our technology service providers may be located outside of Chile. In such cases, we ensure that these providers comply with data protection standards equivalent to those established by Chilean legislation, through standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards.

These measures include data encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, continuous system monitoring, and periodic security audits.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will take effect upon publication on the platform. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform.
